1. For registration in the internet trade www.sveta-klara.hr, the User must express his consent to the processing of his Personal Data in the scope and for the purpose required for the use of the services provided by SV. KLARA within the webshop, including the forwarding of Personal Data to Third Parties by which Sv.Klara provides services within the webshop, and the forwarding of such data is necessary for the purpose of proper service realization. Consent expressing is made by clicking on the checkbox available on the shop web site during the registration process.

2. The Personal Data Administrator is craft SV. KLARA, headquartered in Split, at the address Kralja Zvonimira 18, 21000 Split. 

3. Personal data is processed for the purpose of providing services within the webshop, including: processing and execution of orders submitted in the webshop, processing of complaints and Customer's activities within the webshop (eg publishing reviews).

KLARA are: (a) the user's name, (b) the e-mail address, (c) the telephone number, (d) the name (s), (e) last name (f), the postal address (g), the geographical location (h) techical data in regard to devices with the help he / she has accessed the Account (i) data relating to the Internet and / or network connection (including IP address), (j) Mobile Device Identifier, (k) Operating System Type, (l) Browser Type or Other Programming Equipment, machine tools or other technical details provided by the browser (m) metrics relating to the time and manner of use of the Account, current status, (n) purchase history and the selected link, (o) preferences and selections, eg subscriptions, (p) preferred language and currency, (r) payment information, including name and last name, e-mail address, payment method, pay platform, transaction type. 

5. In connection with the realization of the service, personal data will be disclosed to external entities, including in particular suppliers responsible for the handling of order-based IT systems, entities such as banks and payment transaction operators, entities providing accounting, legal, tax, courier services (regarding order execution). SV. KLARA reserves the right to disclose information pertaining to the Beneficiary to the competent authorities or third parties submitting a request for such information within the limits of the applicable law as well as for the purpose of determining, investigating or defending claims.

7. Cookies 

a) What are cookies? Cookies are small text files, in the form of ID tags that are stored on a computer in the browser directory or subdirectories of the program data. The User has the right to access his / her Personal Data and the right to correct, delete, request the restriction of their processing, the right to transfer, the right to object to their processing, the right to revoke the consent for processing at any time without affecting the right to consent processing carried out on the basis of consent given before its revocation.

For the revocation of the consent to the processing of Personal Data or for the exercise of any of the above mentioned rights, it is necessary to send a message to the e-mail address info@sveta-klara.hr with the appropriate request. The consequence of the revocation of consent for the processing of personal data is the inability to provide services within the webshop and the realization of services.

10. Provision of Personal Data is voluntary, but the contractual condition is necessary for the use of the services provided by SV. KLARA within the webshop. As a consequence, the denial of access to the processing of Personal Data of the Beneficiary by SV. KLARA will result in the inability to use services provided by SV. KLARA within the Shop and order realization.

11. Personal Data of the Beneficiary shall be processed during the time of the existence of the Account and shall be without effect in the event of its deletion. The data processing period may be extended when data processing is necessary for the determination, investigation or defense of any claims in a court, administrative or other out-of-court procedure as well as at the request of the competent public authorities, and after that period, only in the case and extent of to which they prescribe the legal provisions. Upon the expiration of the processing period, the data shall be deleted without undue delay.
