Shipping costs are calculated according to the official Croatian Post – Paket24 price list.

Cash on Delivery

For cash on delivery payments, an additional fee of €1.25 is charged according to Croatian Post regulations.

Sensitive Content and Special Handling

For fragile and sensitive products, special handling service can be requested for an additional fee of €2.59. This service includes special package marking and careful handling during transport.

Large Package Delivery

For shipments exceeding dimensions of 60 × 60 × 60 cm or weight above 30 kg, delivery costs are additionally charged according to Croatian Post regulations and pricing. The base surcharge for large packages is €2.50, with additional charges depending on the package weight and dimensions.

Delivery Time

Delivery within Croatia usually takes:
- 1 business day (D+1) for larger cities
- 2 business days (D+2) for other areas
- up to 3 business days (D+3) for islands

Shipment Tracking

After shipment, the customer receives a tracking number for monitoring the package status on the Croatian Post website.
